Building Fund Update 10.31.2011
With the success of the Bluegrass Faith Festival, which brought in over $28,000, Session has approved a $50,000 payment to principal on our loan for the Pocahontas Trail Property.  The payment will be made Nov 1st. After that payment, the balance on the note will be approximately $335,000.  The Building Fund has grown this year from $165,000 to $218,000. After the Principal payment, the Building Fund will be at $168,000.

Dependent upon the donations to the Building Fund, we hope to make a $50,000 Principal payment annually which will pay off the loan in 2017 instead of the current 2024.
